Tgg İnşaat head office provides service in two restored wooden buildings in Yeniköy. The buildings were worn out by the weather conditions over time, and the wooden coatings were deteriorated. We obtained the necessary permissions for the facade renovation from the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Bosphorus Zoning Directorate. We changed the deteriorated wooden coatings within the façade renovation and repaired the roof. We have added wooden lattices to store units such as the air conditioning units on the façade. We have protected the facades of wooden structures with special wood paints.
