In the Rumelihisarı neighborhood, this wooden mansion with its large windows looking down from the hill has the proportions of a classical Turkish house. It has dimensions suitable for family use with its protrusions on its facades, a central sofa and a large garden. The building was built with wood and masonry construction system. As Öztek Architecture, we prepared the restitution and restoration projects of the building.
