Located among the Kandilli Mansions, this wooden mansion was demolished in 1977 and reconstructed as reinforced concrete and covered with wood. In 2014, there were deteriorations in ground and building statics and it was decided to remake . Based on historical photographs and the old project, the restoration project of the mansion was prepared. It was rebuilt as wood in place.
